Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items not in their original condition or packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sheila.bullarddeese@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
